How to use the Excel Sheet Extractor

1. Drop an .xlsx or .xls workbook onto the drop area, or click it to browse.
2. The tool lists every sheet in the workbook. Click the sheet you want. Its row and column count appear underneath.
3. Click Extract sheet. A preview of the first 200 rows appears below, with the full row and column count.
4. Pick an output format: CSV, Parquet, JSON, TSV, NDJSON or Excel.
5. Click Download. The file is named after the sheet, for example Orders.csv. Pick another sheet and repeat to export the rest.

Worked example

A workbook, q3-report.xlsx, has three sheets: Summary, Orders and Returns. You only need the Orders sheet as a CSV file to load into another system.

The first row of the sheet becomes the header. The Summary and Returns sheets are not touched. Select either of them and download again if you need them too.
