What units can I calculate date differences in for a TSV file?

Days, hours, minutes, seconds, months, years, and weeks. The result is an integer — the number of complete units between the two dates. Fractional units are truncated, not rounded.

Do both columns need to be the same date format for the TSV date difference tool?
